Prior to working in financial technology, Tom worked in investment banking and wealth management for Wells Fargo, Deutsche Bank, Merrill Lynch, and Morgan Stanley where he served as Executive Director, Morgan Stanley Wealth Management.

He is a regular speaker at events throughout the financial services industry and considered the foremost expert on the importance and power of managing both assets and liabilities as a part of a common financial plan. Tom has his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and a B.S.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis. He obtained his Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) designation from The University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School and is a former Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) which he earned from the College for Financial Planning.
